RETURN POLICY

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let me know so that we can rectify the situation. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Should you run into a problem due to breakage through shipping, please save all packing materials and contact me as soon as possible. I will contact the shipping agent to obtain a reimbursement for the damaged item. 

If you are concerned that your package may be lost in transit please check the status using your tracking number. I will track your package and a full refund will be issued once the shipping agent has determined that the package has gone missing.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY/PAINTINGS:

I am happy to provide a full refund (less the shipping charges) for prints up to size 11x14 in their original condition provided you contact me within 3 days of receipt. I will exchange or refund the print(s), minus shipping, once the item has been returned to me in it's original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

FINAL SALE:
Due to production costs all sales are final on canvas gallery wraps and photography prints larger than 11x14. In addition, any personalized items or color altered image custom orders, regardless of size, are also non-returnable. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. 

DAMAGED GOODS:
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the damage and I will begin production on a replacement asap.
